The Foundation Manager must understand the Media Research Center’s institutional history, mission, and various programs, identify and recommend funding opportunities, write and submit proposals, track grant proposals and manage relationships with foundation funders.

Conservative, non-profit media organization based in Reston, VA seeks an experienced Major Donor Solicitor to manage a portfolio of Major Donor prospects. This important position fosters, develops, and maintains relationships with high-level donors, and continually strategizes to identify, cultivate, and solicit prospects capable of making four-, five-, and six-figure contributions.

The Director of Development is responsible for the creation of plans, implementation of strategies, and supervision of fund-raising and donor relation programs of the Media Research Center. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Development, the Director of Development’s role is to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Development to ensure goals are achieved, including supervision of staff in constituent fundraising positions, events, membership/direct mail, and major and planned gifts.

TV Blogger (Part-time)

MRC Culture is seeking part-time TV bloggers to join our MRC On TV team. Bloggers watch and write about entertainment TV, pointing out the good, bad and weird of boob-tube offerings, from a conservative perspective. We cover regular dramas, comedies and talk shows, along with the major awards shows.
