The Donor Relations & Membership Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional
experience for all supporters of the Media Research Center, with a special focus on our monthly
giving program. This position supports donor communications, manages logistical needs, and
ensures donors have what they need, whether that’s account help, event information, or general
support.

● The Intern Coordinator will recruit, hire, and plan weekly events for MRC’s Youth, Education, and Internship Program (YEIP) for the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters.
● Interns will be hired across the MRC for NewsBusters, MRC Free Speech America, MRC Video, CNSNews, Government Affairs, Development, Marketing, Public Relations, and Legal Fellows.

The Media Research Center (MRC) is rapidly expanding its efforts to hold the news media accountable by exposing all efforts to distort the news delivered to the general public. In 2025, MRC raised significant funds to support its mission, and the organization seeks a Major Gift Officer (MGO) to help continue scaling its impact. This position is ideal for a pro-liberty, entrepreneurial candidate with experience in growing long-term, sustainable relationships with individual philanthropists. The MGO will work closely with current and prospective donors to advance MRC’s mission by aligning their philanthropic goals with our strategic objectives.

This position is based out of MRC’s headquarters in Herndon, VA. Up to 40% of the time is required for travel, as building face-to-face relationships with donors and prospects is crucial to success in this role.
