Audience Engagement/Data Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate SalesForce reports and recommend optimizations
  • Generate Pardot reports for various departments/managers
  • Analyze Google Analytics website and email data
  • Search Engine Optimization to grow and maintain organic leads
  • Generate reports using Tableau and Pardot Einstein 
  • Point of contact/lead/coordinate Focus Groups
  • Conduct routine audits of all MRC websites to optimize user experience (donations, formatics, web banners, where to place examples) 
  • Optimize user experience newsletters, websites
  • Lead customer relations via Freshdesk, donor correspondence
  • Generate ideas for grassroots and fundraising campaigns 
  • Strategic messaging for donor segments: non-major, major, Patriot Fund, mid-tier, lapsed
  • Ongoing campaigns (repurposing direct mail content, ensuring accessible places to give at any time across all digital platforms)
  • Implementation of marketing automation campaigns with rules/triggers to target potential donors for conversion or upgrade/renewals
  • Manage iDonate (donation platform) 
  • Pull weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual data 
  • Data cleanliness & upkeep 
  • Segmentation; List building
  • Lead Scoring + Grading 
  • Generate digital surveys to donors and most engaged leads based on scoring
  • Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed to help achieve DCT and Development Team goals

Required Experience & Education:

  • 1-2 years related experience or recent college graduate with relevant knowledge
  • Comprehensive-level knowledge of Google analytics  
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot, or similar programs
  • Freshdesk customer support software (a plus)
  • Customer service for interaction with vendors and supporters
  • Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
  • Excellent in grammar and written communication
  • Data analysis
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking  
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
