Finally, the motif of his talk was Washington is tiresome, annoying and dysfunctional - and Washington should have more of the nation's revenue and a bigger role directing its affairs.Was Moran scoffing at Will's evaluation of Obama's speech, just amused by Brazile's disdain for Will as Will spoke which Moran, but not the audience, could see - or just reacting to something else in the studio?
